An establishment is a complete, closed space: its assistant, its Knowledge, its number, its exchanges, its address book, its public website.

If you run two distinct places — two addresses, two programmes, two teams — they deserve two establishments. A single place with several activities only needs one.

NOTHING PASSES FROM ONE TO THE OTHER

The isolation is not a filter laid over a screen: it is held by the database itself, which refuses a read outside your establishment even if the program asked for it.

Each establishment also has its own search space: a sheet from one cannot feed an answer from the other.

WHAT BELONGS TO IT

Everything, in practice:

• The assistant's name and availability
• The Knowledge and its search space
• The phone number and the email address
• The history of calls and conversations
• The address book
• The public website, its scan page and its domain name

GETTING A SECOND ONE

Write to us. We create it attached to your account, and a selector appears so you can move between them.

A new establishment is born empty: it has to be named, its Knowledge filled in, and a number given to it. Nothing is copied over from the first — that is the price of isolation.
