Exercising your GDPR rights

YOUR RIGHTS

Under the GDPR, you have rights over your personal data: access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and restriction of processing. The details are set out in our Privacy Policy.

OBTAINING A COPY OF YOUR DATA

You may at any time request a complete copy of your data — conversations, customer relationship book, knowledge base — in a structured, machine-readable format (CSV, JSON, original files). We provide it within 30 days at most.

MAKING A REQUEST

To exercise a right of access, rectification, objection or erasure, write to [to be completed] stating your request; proof of identity may be requested. We reply within 30 days at most.

Deleting your account from "My profile > Security" also erases your data, except billing data kept under our legal obligations.

If you have written to a company that uses the Service, address your request to that company: it is the controller of your data, and we assist it in responding.
